We take weekly backups for all our shared hosting servers and restore your website from them on request. However, this is NOT a procedure you should rely on to keep copies of your content safe; we recommend that you make your own backups. Our backups are taken on a weekly basis on a random day, and only the newest backups are kept. We make no guarantees about our weekly backups, and we do require a Rs.2500 fee to restore from our backups.

We do not maintain backups of suspended sites and services past their due dates.
We do not maintain backups of VPS, cloud and dedicated servers. however there are many options for keeping your own backups.
